We believe that everyone, from soccer mom to Navy SEAL, has the ability to do extraordinary things. Our training and classes reflect our passion for pushing the limits of the human body in a way that builds strength, power, speed, and cardiovascular health while minimizing the risk of injury. We'll help you find, test, and break through your limits. You will do things you never thought you could do, and we will never be shy about cheering you on the whole time!
Intensity is Relative
An accomplished powerlifter might just be getting warmed up Deadlifting 300 lbs, while a new member is focusing on how to lift the bar with a neutral spine. Both are working at their own level of intensity. We strive to make every workout intense in a safe and effective manner for every athlete. Never be afraid to come into class.
Variety in Training Equals Variety in Adaptation
Constantly Varied, Functional Movements Executed at High Intensity. That's what CrossFit is at it's core, and that's what our programming reflects. We use mobility work, strength training, and metabolic conditioning to improve the whole continuum of health. Our goal is to make you stronger, fitter, and harder to kill.
Discipline is More Important Than Motivation
Motivation is fleeting. You might sustain the excitement for days, weeks, or even months ... but chances are that will peter out and you'll be left without that euphoric drive at some point. That's why Discipline should form the backbone of your training. When you want to go to the gym, go. When you don't want to go to the gym, go anyway. When you want to eat the healthy meal, do. When you don't want the healthy stuff, eat it anyway. Discipline is doing what needs to be done to get the results, even when you don't want to.
Commitment Gets Results
Daily, concentrated effort will always net better results than short-term, intense "boot camps". If you dedicate yourself to your health, stop making excuses for failures, and embrace the discomfort of making real progress, the results are limitless!
